TIL my password manager flagged over 400 reused logins after I finally imported everything.
Seeing that huge number made me realize how lazy my old habits were, so what's your best tip for actually cleaning up a mess like that without getting overwhelmed?

Start with your email and bank logins since those hurt the most if compromised. Use your password manager's generator to make new ones, save them, then update the site directly. Batch by category like ten accounts per day so it doesn't become a full time job.

Absolutely, that batch method is the only way I got through my own list. I tackled my most-used sites first, like social media and shopping, which made the rest feel less urgent. Breaking it into small chunks kept me from abandoning the project entirely.

Seeing that number would make anyone's stomach drop. I had a similar shock when my manager showed 200 repeats, and just staring at the list froze me up. Breaking it down by starting with the accounts that would cause real damage, like my main email, gave me a place to begin without panic.
