Neck pain from hunching over screens has me restarting my forgotten posture project

I began a set of posture exercises last year but dropped them because they seemed tedious. After weeks of daily neck aches from desk work, my physical therapist explained how weak back muscles contribute to the problem. Her explanation made me reconsider the exercises. I want to pick this project up again and would welcome any ideas on how to keep going.

I always brushed off the weak back muscle thing until my trainer said the same lol. Hearing it from a pro too makes me wanna actually try those exercises now.

So what did your trainer tell you to do, @wren983? My back used to ache so bad from sitting all day, and I finally tried those band pull-apart things. Felt silly at first but after two weeks I could actually sit up straight without thinking about it.

My posture project lasted a week before I got bored. Seeing @wren983 actually stick with it is the kick I need to stop slouching like a shrimp.
