I tracked my own shop time for 6 weeks and found I spent 11 of 14 weekend hours reading build threads and watching videos for a bumper I never started cutting. The project that actually got done was the one where I banned myself from YouTube and just bolted parts on badly, then fixed them. What is the dumbest thing you keep "planning" instead of touching?
