Big frozen chicken wings vs. small ones, which cooks better in the air fryer?

I tested this last weekend with two bags from the same store. The big wings took 25 minutes at 380F to get crispy. The small ones only needed 16 minutes. But here's the thing - the big wings stayed juicy inside while the small ones dried out a bit. My husband liked the big ones way more, said they had better texture. Anyone else notice a difference between wing sizes in their air fryer?

Wait, did you flip them halfway through? I usually do 20 mins at 380 for big wings and flip at 10 mins, then they come out perfect every time. Your small wing timing sounds about right though, I find those need way less time or they turn into jerky. The big ones definitely hold moisture better if you ask me.

The 380 for 20 minutes on big wings sounds a bit long actually.
