Figured out how to keep chicken from drying out in the air fryer - took me 6 tries

I kept ending up with dry chicken breasts no matter what temp or time I used. Finally realized I needed to brine them for 30 minutes before cooking. Simple fix but I wasted a whole pack of chicken thighs getting there. Has anyone else had to adjust their prep work after switching from a regular oven?

And the brine doesn't even need to be fancy, just salt and water does the trick. I've started brining everything from pork chops to shrimp and it's a game changer.

I used to think brining was just extra work for no reason, but you might have just convinced me to give it a try...
