TIL parchment paper vs foil makes a huge difference for wings

I finally tested both last Tuesday because my wings kept sticking and coming out uneven. Went with parchment paper after 3 batches of foil leaving the skin ripped off, and honestly the difference was night and day in my little 5.8 quart basket. The only thing is parchment started smoking a bit at 400 degrees, so I'm wondering what temp everyone else runs theirs at for crispy wings without the burn risk.
