Unpopular opinion: that guy at the potluck in Omaha who said my air fryer chicken was 'just a tiny oven' got me thinking
He pointed out that anything breaded needs a light spray of oil or it comes out chalky, which I had been skipping for 2 months. Does anyone else spray their breaded stuff or am I late to this?
