Spent 20 minutes hunting a fault that turned out to be a loose cannon plug I'd bumped 3 days earlier
Pulled the panel on a 172 last Tuesday at our hangar in Spokane after the owner reported an intermittent fuel gauge, chased wires for 20 minutes, then squeezed the cannon plug behind the panel and it clicked, and the gauge has read steady for a week, so has anyone else learned to check the connectors you disturbed during the last job before digging into the whole system?
