Two weeks into a new job and I walked after their 'open door policy' turned out to be a trap
I compared how they handled a genuine mistake during training versus a coworker's same blunder three months in, and the new guy got a written warning while the veteran got a 'coaching moment', so I quit on day 12 after seeing that pattern twice, has anyone else bailed that fast when the rules clearly only apply to some people?
