I used to fake my way through cycle counts at my warehouse job because I figured the scanners were always right. Then a guy on my crew showed me we had 17 boxes of the same bearing listed under two different SKUs, and that mistake alone was paying for my whole department's overtime. Anyone else find a screwup that actually saved their job instead of ending it?
