PSA: I ignored my old lead's advice to log every hour for a month and he was dead right
He told me 6 months ago that tracking my time for just 30 days would show me I was burning 2 hours a day on tasks I never billed for, and I laughed it off as busywork until I finally did it last month and found $1,100 of unpaid work hiding in my own calendar.
