Hot take: is calling the landlord 11 times in 6 months too much or just right?
My upstairs neighbor's dog barked from 5am to 7am every day for 3 weeks, so I started logging every call to my landlord and hit 11 by month 6. My roommate thinks that many calls makes us look like the difficult tenants, but the barking finally stopped last Tuesday. Do you keep a paper trail and call every time, or save your calls for the big stuff?
