I sat on that advice for 2 weeks in my place off Depot Street, too scared to knock, but when I finally did, the guy had no clue his sub was hitting the wall behind his couch and he moved it that night. Kids, if your landlord tells you to talk to your neighbor face to face, try it before you file a complaint.
