My upstairs neighbor got a puppy in March and I haven't slept past 5am since
I live in a 1920s building in Chicago with floors so thin I can hear her dog's nails on the hardwood from my bedroom. I started running a box fan and a white noise app at the same time and it drowns out about 80% of it, which is better than nothing. Has anyone had luck with those rubber mats under a rug, or does the dog just walk right off them?
