Finally changed my mind about waterborne paint after a job in Phoenix

I always thought solvent-based was the only way to get a good metallic finish. Then I had to do a pearl white on a 2022 Toyota Camry for a customer in that 115 degree heat last July. The waterborne laid down flat with no dry spray issues, and I haven't touched solvent since. Any of you guys made the switch and regretted it?
