Pro tip: pulling and reseating a connector fixed a gremlin I chased for 3 days
Had a flap position disagree light on a King Air 200 that would pop up maybe once a flight, spent 3 days ringing out the harness to the position sensor and everything checked fine on the meter. Turned out the cannon plug pins on the back of the indicator had a tiny bit of corrosion I could not see, one shot of DeoxIT and a reseat and it never came back. Anyone else get burned by a connector that tests good on the bench but fails under vibration?
