My roommate's side of the bathroom went from moldy disaster to spotless in 10 days, and I found out why
So for like 7 months my roommate Jake never once cleaned the bathroom and the grout behind his sink turned black with mold, plus there was a ring in the tub I stopped touching. Then 10 days ago I came home and the whole place smelled like bleach and his shower curtain was gone, replaced with a new $12 one from Target. Turns out his girlfriend stayed over and told him flat out she wasn't showering there again until he fixed it, so he scrubbed for 4 hours straight. Now I'm sitting here wondering if I should thank her or be annoyed it took a stranger's ultimatum for him to find a sponge. How do you all handle a roommate who only cleans when someone else guilts them into it?
