I thought weighing flour was just for pros until my cookies kept coming out flat. Tried it once and now I'm a believer.

Honestly I still just scoop and level with a spoon lol. My cookies turn out fine every time. Weighing seems like extra work for something that's supposed to be fun and easy.

But that's exactly why I weigh... it makes it easier and more fun. No more guessing or messy cups, just dump it in until the number's right. My cookies are way more consistent now.
