My grandpa's credit union passbook told him more than my banking app ever has
Everyone keeps saying apps are better because you can check your balance anywhere, but my grandpa sat down every Sunday in Rochester with his passbook and actually knew where his money went. When I tried to pull my last 6 months of statements from my bank's app it took three calls and a branch visit. Does your bank make it that hard to see your own history, or is it just mine?
