The ATM outage at my union hall changed how I move cash

Three months ago the ATM at our union hall went down on payday Friday. Guys were standing in line with printed checks and nowhere to cash them. One old timer drove to the bank downtown just to get hit with a $8 teller fee for a simple deposit, and I realized I've been parking money in the wrong place. My broker account lets me transfer to my credit union in a day, but I still keep a few hundred in the bank branch because their lobby is two blocks from the jobsite. Has anyone else shifted their emergency fund based on where you can actually get to when the system breaks?
