Wire transfer delay at Wells Fargo cost me a house in Portland
I had the cash sitting in my savings account and chose the bank over my brokerage because it felt safer, but the wire took 4 business days and the seller walked. Has anyone else had a time-sensitive transfer fail through their bank when a broker would have cleared it same day?
