Do you true a wheel with the tire on or off, because a guy in Reno told me I was wasting 20 minutes a wheel
He swears by pulling the tire and tube first for a clean read on the rim, but I've done it mounted for a decade and my wheels hold up fine. Which way do you go, and did it ever bite you on the trail?
