My brother-in-law said he only watches shows with his wife now, no solo binges. It made me realize I watch everything alone.

It can get lonely, but at least you get to pick the show.

My wife and I tried that for a whole season of a baking show. We spent more time arguing about when to watch than actually enjoying it. Solo viewing means you control the remote and the snack breaks. Sometimes doing your own thing is just more peaceful, you know?
