Try resetting your show preferences in the app settings, I did that when my feed was all crime dramas. For pure calm, watch "The Great British Bake Off" where people just bake and are nice. "Joe Pera Talks With You" is slow and quiet about simple things. You might also like "Midnight Diner", a Japanese show about a tiny restaurant at night. These shows help you relax without any stress. Search for "healing shows" online to find more like them.

But I find those kinds of shows too slow. For me, slice-of-life needs a little spark. "Detectorists" is perfect, it's about friends looking for treasure in fields, very peaceful but funny. "Anne with an E" shows farm life in a beautiful way, with lots of heart. "Bob's Burgers" is a cartoon but the family love is real and it's never stressful. They're calm but won't make you bored enough to enlist.
