Spent $180 on the complete series box set, then found it free on streaming

I paid $180 for a full series box set last month because I hate relying on what service might drop what show. Two days later I found the whole thing streams free and I still don't regret it, because my internet went down for a week during a snowstorm and I had something to watch. Anyone else drop cash on physical media just for the offline peace of mind?
