Appreciation post: My coworker Dave told me to always ask 'have you tried turning it off and on again' as a joke, but it actually fixed a weird printer issue for a user in accounting yesterday.

The user said their printer was 'haunted' because it kept printing blank pages, but after I made them power cycle the whole thing, including the network switch it was plugged into, it started working perfectly, so has anyone else had a 'joke' procedure that actually solved a real problem?
