I finally snapped after the third printer jam this morning

Everyone in my office swears by the new 'smart' printers, but I think they're worse than the old ones. Ours is a brand new model they installed last week, and it's jammed 8 times already. This morning, it ate my 12 page report right before my 9 AM meeting. I had to manually feed each page, which took 15 minutes. Has anyone else's workplace upgraded to a printer that just makes the boring job worse?

Our old printer was the same until we switched to a different paper brand.

That paper brand thing is so true. My office wasted a ton of ink blaming the printer before someone tried different paper. It's wild how much that one thing matters.
