Last Tuesday was the most boring day I've had in 3 years processing insurance claims
I literally watched 47 identical windshield replacement claims come through my queue in a row and felt like I was in some kind of weird office Groundhog Day movie, anyone else get those days where the monotony just hits different?

Wait, did you say it was Tuesday? Windshield claims usually peak on Mondays after people have all weekend to notice cracks or find new ones. Are you sure it wasn't a Monday thing that just got pushed through the system late?
I mean, forty-seven identical claims in a row sounds like someone at a glass shop just discovered the batch upload button and went wild with it. I used to see that sometimes when a big storm went through and every other claim was for a hail damaged rear window on the same model car.
That kind of repetition does weird things to your brain though. After the first fifteen they all start blending together and you forget if you already approved number twenty-three or not.

Huh, never thought of it that way but @laura_lane you might be onto something with the batch upload thing. I used to swear by the Monday peak but now I'm second guessing myself.
