Just realized my 'urgent' email replies were causing half my weekend work
After tracking my time for a month, I saw that 80% of my Saturday inbox was just replies to emails I'd sent after 4 PM on Friday. Now I draft them but schedule the send for Monday morning. Anyone else found a simple switch that cut their off-hours work?

Wait, is that a real stat or just a guess? Because if it's true, that's the most depressing work fact I've heard all year. I'd be scared to send anything after lunch on a Friday. Makes you wonder what we're all actually doing with our time.
