Pro tip: the coffee shop by my old office had a sign about quitting, and it says more about bad managers than any HR book
I stopped by the cafe on 8th and Pine near my old job where I got laid off in 2020, and the owner had hung a new chalkboard behind the counter that said 'nobody quits a bad job, they quit a bad boss.' I watched three former coworkers walk in over 45 minutes and every single one of them said they were way happier after leaving. Has anyone else seen something out in the world that just nailed what this community talks about every day?
