Vent: My old manager asked me to lie on a report and acted like I was the problem
Back in 2019 at a shipping depot in Toledo, my manager Greg pulled me into his office and told me to mark 14 damaged pallets as "customer refused" so corporate would not flag his numbers. I said I would not sign off on that, and he told me I was "not a team player" and moved me to the night shift for two months. Has anyone else been punished for refusing to fudge paperwork, or did you just sign it and move on?
