Bought a $35 salad spinner at Bed Bath in 2021, it lasted 9 days
The plastic lid cracked on day 9 while I was spinning romaine for a work lunch, so I grabbed the store brand one at Kroger for $12 and that thing is still going strong in my cabinet in Toledo. I tried to fix the fancy one with super glue and a binder clip and it spun once, then threw the clip across my kitchen like a tiny plastic rocket. Does anyone know a spinner brand that actually survives more than a week, or am I just destined to eat wet lettuce forever?

Everything breaks right after the return window closes, that's how they get you. My rule now is buy the cheap one first and if it dies in a week you're only out twelve bucks.
