Stripped a bolt on my $90 bench vise at 11pm and now the whole thing is stuck

I was swapping the jaws on a cheap 4 inch vise I grabbed at a flea market in Tulsa, and the rear bolt wouldn't budge so I leaned on it with a breaker bar and rounded the head clean off. Now the jaw is half on, half off, and I can't get the bolt out because there's nothing left to grab. Any tips for pulling a stripped bolt out of cast iron without cracking the housing?
