Hot take: chasing a brake squeal for 2 weeks in my Corolla was a waste of time
I pulled all 4 wheels and greased every slide pin twice before it hit me that the squeal only showed up after rain, so I swapped the cheap pads for ceramics and it never came back. Has anyone else blamed their calipers for what was just wet pad material?
