Dropped $180 on a wet saw for one bathroom job and it paid for itself twice
Bought a used 7 inch wet saw off a guy in Fresno for $180 back in March because my angle grinder was spitting dust everywhere and my cuts looked like a raccoon chewed them. First job with it was a small bathroom floor, 60 sq ft of 12x24 tile, and every cut came out clean enough that the homeowner asked if I was using a factory edge. Two more jobs later and the thing has already made me back over $400 in time I didn't waste re-cutting pieces. Only problem is the blade it came with was garbage and I dropped another $45 on a decent one, still worth every penny. Anyone else running an old pawn shop saw that just refuses to die, or am I the only one who got lucky?
