PSA: the guy pouring the slab next to us in Toledo told me our mortar mix ratios were off and it cost me 3 walls of rework
He said flat out, 'you're mixing by feel, not by the bag,' and when I checked his ratio against ours we were running way too wet, so if you're eyeballing your mix like I was, measure it and tell me how far off you've been.
