The guy at the dump said my cracked laptop screen was a lost cause, then showed me a trick with packing tape
He ran a strip of clear tape diagonally across the crack to stop the glass from shedding while I drove it home, and it bought me three days until my $28 replacement panel arrived from eBay, has anyone else used tape as a temp fix that actually worked better than expected?
