Booked a rental car through a third party site in Phoenix and lost $60 plus 2 hours at the counter
The $19 a day rate looked great until the agent told me the lot was sold out and my reservation was basically a coupon for whatever they had left. I ended up paying $60 more at the counter for a bigger car and missed my nephew's ballgame, so now I book straight with the company or check the lot before I pay. Does anyone here have a third party site that actually holds the car?
