Am I the only one who thought a fiber line was overkill for our 6 person office in Columbus?
Two years ago our cable connection kept dropping during client video calls at our small office in Columbus, so we finally priced out business fiber at $310 a month and I honestly thought we were being talked into something we did not need. After one full quarter the calls stopped freezing, our cloud backups stopped timing out overnight, and the owner admitted the lost work time had been costing us more than the service ever would. Has anyone else switched to a dedicated line for a small team, and did it hold up or was it just a first year honeymoon?
