Guy at the coffee shop told me his shop's wifi went down for 2 days and he lost $4k
I was waiting for my latte last Tuesday and overheard this guy at the next table telling his buddy that their card reader stopped working when the internet dropped, so they had to turn people away or take cash only. He said they lost around $4k over two days because half their sales are cards now, and I just sat there thinking about how my own little print shop would be dead in the water if that happened to us. Do you guys have backup internet for your business, or is it just me rolling the dice on one connection?
