Found out my dryer vent was 14 feet long and that's apparently a big deal
I was trying to fix a squeaky dryer and pulled the vent hose off, and then I measured the whole run from the back of the dryer to the outside flap. It came out to about 14 feet with two elbows, and when I looked in the manual it says 8 feet max for that setup. No wonder my clothes took two cycles to dry and the lint was piling up. Do I reroute the whole thing or can I get away with a booster fan?
