Can we talk about the $75 'unbreakable' hose that burst in my face on day two?
Bought a "lifetime" garden hose at a hardware shop in Fresno last spring because the guy said it would outlive me, and it split at the fitting before the first weekend was over. Water blasted me right in the chest while I was holding it and I just stood there soaked and mad in my own yard. Returned it and got a plain rubber one from a farm supply place for $30 that's still going strong two summers later. Anybody got a hose that has really lasted more than a few years?
