Watch out for customers who 'know better' about their own gear

Some guy brought in a Nikon F3 claiming it just needed a 'simple mirror adjustment' after he dropped it at a baseball game. I opened it up and found the whole prism bracket snapped in half, a $150 repair minimum. Anyone else get folks who argue with you about what's actually broken?

Not exactly a mirror adjustment if you need a whole new prism housing. Kind of like someone telling me their truck just needs "a simple oil change" when the engine is knocking.
