Took me 14 months to get the lien release on my Corolla after I paid it off in April
The bank kept saying it mailed it, so I ended up driving to the branch in Mesa with my payoff letter and sitting there until a teller printed it herself, and now I'm wondering if anyone else had to go full Karen in person to get theirs.
