Can we talk about the career fair I walked into at the Phoenix Convention Center last Thursday?
I counted 12 bootcamp booths selling $14,000 UX programs and zero booths for trades that actually need people. If you're gonna switch careers, why are we all chasing the same 3 jobs that every other person at that fair was lined up for?
