Hit 10k miles at my car meet, felt like a big deal for some reason

Rolled into the Sunday meet at the old Starbucks lot in Tacoma and my odometer flipped to 10k. Bought this car fresh off the lot 8 months ago and it just felt like a milestone I had to share with the group. Nobody clapped or anything, but a few guys came over to check the paint after I mentioned it. Something about hitting that first big number makes the car feel like mine now, not just something I was breaking in. Has anyone else had a random mileage moment that made them weirdly proud?
