Dropped $340 replacing my Jeep's water pump when the real culprit was a $12 radiator cap that wasn't holding pressure
The pump was fine the whole time and I only figured it out after the new one leaked too, so now I'm out $340 and a weekend, has anyone else chased the wrong part because a cheap cap failed?
