Found out my landlord pays a $37 convenience fee for card, so cash got me a discount
Ngl I was looking at my lease renewal paperwork and noticed a line item for processing fees if I paid online. Asked about it and the property manager said cash skips that entirely, which saves me almost $450 a year. Anyone else get little perks like that just by sticking to envelopes?

Shit yeah, check if they charge for checks too, some places hide fees there as well.
