My kitchen crew started a pre-service breathing routine

We take two minutes to breathe deeply before the rush hits. It cuts down on yelling and mistakes during service. Learned it from a yoga buddy and it's been a big help.

Breathing routines sound so helpful for high-stress jobs! Taking those two minutes must really cut down on the chaos. I love that it came from a yoga buddy too. Teams that breathe together probably work together way better!

My old foreman tried a five minute stretch circle before big installs. I thought it was just wasting good work time. But after a month, I noticed we stopped losing screws and nobody was rushing to cut corners. The quiet start made the whole day smoother.

Spot this in retail teams, quick pauses work wonders.
