Noticing more clients question the need for regular sweeps

I keep hearing homeowners say they only sweep when they see soot or have a scare. They argue their chimney is fine with light use. Why do we still insist on yearly visits for everyone? I think we lose trust by not adapting our plans to how much they really use the fire.

Remember that even light use lets creosote build up slowly over time. It's not just about soot you can see. Birds nests or leaves can block the flue without any warning signs. A yearly sweep catches those hidden risks before they turn into a chimney fire or carbon monoxide issue.

I mean @shane_fox22 is totally right, we found a whole nest last sweep.
